These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Connexus Travel website and any travel planning, booking or consultation services provided by Connexus Travel ("we", "us", "our"), of 14/F, Chung Ying Building, 20 Connaught Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Connexus Travel acts as a travel agent, arranging flights, accommodation, transfers, insurance and related services through third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, ground transport operators and insurers. Your contract for each individual travel service is with the relevant supplier, and that supplier's own terms and conditions also apply.
Initial consultations are provided free of charge and do not constitute a binding booking. Quotations are valid for a limited period and may change due to currency fluctuations, supplier pricing or availability until a booking is confirmed and paid for.
Changes or cancellations to confirmed bookings are subject to the terms of the relevant airline, hotel or supplier, which may include change fees or non-refundable amounts. Connexus Travel will advise you of these conditions before confirming a booking and will assist with rebooking where possible, but is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties.
It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport, any required visas, and to meet health and entry requirements for your destination. We provide guidance and, where engaged to do so, assist with visa applications, but we are not liable for denied entry, visa refusals or document issues outside our control.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for every trip. Where insurance is arranged through us, the policy terms are set by the insurer, not by Connexus Travel.
Connexus Travel will exercise reasonable care in selecting suppliers and arranging your travel. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or insolvency of any third-party supplier, nor for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, political events or natural disasters.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
